Cancellation Policy

1. Customer Cancellations
- More than 48 hours before the tour: Full 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Less than 24 hours before or no-show: No refund.
2. Cancellations by Caribbean Corner
If Caribbean Corner must cancel a tour due to adverse weather conditions, safety issues, or other force majeure causes, the customer will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on the payment method used:
- Stripe (card): 5–10 business days to the issuing bank.
- Clip: 3–7 business days.
4. Booking Modifications
You may change your tour date at no extra cost with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to arrange the change.
5. Force Majeure Cancellations
In exceptional situations (natural disasters, hurricane warnings, health emergencies) that prevent the tour from taking place, Caribbean Corner will offer rescheduling at no cost or a full refund at the customer's discretion.
