Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking with Caribbean Corner, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Caribbean Corner.
2. Reservations
Reservations are confirmed once payment is received. Caribbean Corner reserves the right to modify itineraries for weather, safety, or force majeure reasons without prior notice.
3. Prices and Payments
Prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) or US dollars (USD) as indicated. Payments are securely processed through Stripe (international cards) or Clip (Mexico). Caribbean Corner does not store credit card data.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Arrive punctually at the designated meeting point.
- Disclose any relevant medical conditions at time of booking.
- Follow guide instructions throughout the activity.
- Carry required documentation (official ID).
5. Caribbean Corner Responsibilities
Caribbean Corner commits to providing the services described for each tour. In case of cancellation by the company, a full refund will be issued. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings during tours.
6. Photos and Social Media
By participating in our tours, the customer agrees that Caribbean Corner may use photos taken during the tour for promotional purposes, unless stated otherwise in writing before the tour begins.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Quintana Roo, Mexico.
